MTA VIETNAM, the International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metal-working exhibition, will return from 5 to 8 July 2016 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
First launched in 2005, MTA Vietnam has gradually expanded over the years to become Vietnam’s most comprehensive manufacturing technology trade event.
In 2016, MTA Vietnam will once again bring together many industry leaders and professionals working in the high-value sectors of precision engineering and manufacturing.
More than 360 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, with 80 per cent from overseas, will be on the show floor, presenting the event’s strongest exhibitor line-up the show has seen since its inception.
The event continues to enjoy the support of international trade bodies and government agencies that bring group pavilions to the show – there are 13 this year, including Germany, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, dedicated to showcasing a plethora of the state-of-the-art technologies and engineering solutions all under one roof.
Visitors to MTA Vietnam will get an unrivalled opportunity to see a comprehensive array of technologies and solutions for manufacturing systems integration – from metal-forming, metal-cutting, mould design, tooling systems to test and measurement equipment.
Notable brand names in the show include Akyapak, AWEA, Bystronic, DMG MO-RI, Doosan Infracore, Ficep, Guehring, GF Machining Solutions, Goodway, Haas, Hoffmann Quality Tools, Hurco, Hwacheon, LITZ, Makino, Mazak, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitutoyo, MST, Nikon, Okamoto, Optical Gaging, Ren-ishaw, Seyi, Sodick, TRUMPF, Widin, YG-1, amongst others.
Industry leaders such as Bystronic and Trumpf will be on hand at this year’s event, to unveil their latest products and technologies relevant to metal-forming and sheet-metal cutting.
In particular, Bystronic, a prominent returning exhibitor will display one of their best-of-breed products – the Xact 160/3100.
The Xact pressbrake is precision high-quality bending machine, offering everything on just one touch screen: construct parts, program bending plans, and test bending processes.
Meanwhile, Trumpf, a manufacturer of fabricating equipment will feature a new laser cutting machine as well as their best-seller product – TruLaser 1030 fiber – a cost-effective laser welding solution.
The machine shows its strengths in its ability to work on a wide range of material types and thicknesses combined with low investment and operating costs plus easy operation.
Bystronic senior vice president for Asia and Australia Norbert Seo said the event gave his company an opportunity to network and showcase its latest product range in laser cutting systems and pressbrakes.
“What is exciting about MTA Vietnam is that it provides you with the chance to explore new business opportunities and network with like-minded professionals,” he said.
“MTA Vietnam is an important platform for us to interact with current and prospective customers, further augmenting our effort and commitment to the future of high value manufacturing in the region.”
