AUSTRALIAN engineering company Monadelphous Group has won three construction contracts worth a combined $90 million.
Monadelphous won the contract for the construction of the Spring Gully Pipeline Compression Facility at Roma in south central Queensland, which is part of the Australia Pacific Liquefied Natural Gas project.
The company will be involved in the construction of a 24 kilometre gas pipeline from the Dampier Bunbury Pipeline Development Group’s Ashburton West facilities to a new power station near Onslow in Western Australia.
A contract with Queensland Urban Utilities for the design, supply, construction and commissioning of the flood affected stages one to four of the Oxley Creek Sewage Treatment Plant in Brisbane was also awarded to Monadelphous.
“The award of these new contracts in coal seam gas, water and pipelines supports the company’s continuing focus on the broadening of our revenue base,” Monadelphous managing director Rob Velletri said.
