MANAGEMENT consulting firm Kepner-Tregoe has appointed Michael Forster and Kim O’Grady to its Western Australian team.
Mr Forster is a process improvement specialist with a strong affinity for people and development. He will be responsible for delivering process improvement and project management frameworks to Kepner Tregoe’s clients.
Mr Forster has held a number of business improvement, training and project management roles across the global resources sector. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Western Australia.
Mr O’Grady specialises in complex business management and will be responsible for delivering training and coaching in critical thinking skills for business managers.
Prior to joining Kepner Tregoe, Mr O’Grady ran his own management consulting firm which specialised in identifying goals, developing strategies, implementing improvements and project completion.
He has also worked for McRae Investments as an Internal Management Consultant and commanded a Multi-National Peacekeeping Team for the Australian Defence Force.
Kepner-Tregoe’s regional managing consultant for Western Australia Vince Connelly said both men would help the company further grow and expand its business operations in WA.
