ENVIRONMENTAL consultancy firm SLR has appointed Martin Crossley as a principal consultant in its Australian Land and Water Quality teams.
Mr Crossley will bring experience in water quality and treatment; land and contamination; wastewater and hazardous waste to the company, which will also benefit from his 26 years in industry and 17 years in oil and gas.
His extensive background covers the environmental management in the UK water industry; environment, health and safety management in the Middle East Gulf region; and consultancy on Australasian environmental legislation, project management and management systems.
In Mr Crossley’s recent work in the Australasian oil and gas sector, he has acted as a project manager, an external adviser, EMS/ISO14001 Lead Auditor, strategic planner and many other varied environmental consultancy roles.
SLR Australia’s business sector leader in oil & gas, Mark Caslin said he was pleased to welcome Mr Crossley to the company, saying he would start an environmental advisory role for an established client next month.
