QUEENSLAND-based Heavy Haulage Australia (HHA) has secured two contracts, worth a combined $30 million, to provide services to Titan Energy Services and Santos.
HHA will provide services relating to heavy haul and over dimensional cargo movements in connection with the initial coal seam gas infrastructure in Western and Central Queensland, as well as modular camp and coal seam gas drill rig movements throughout Australia.
Both contracts have an initial three year term with additional years as options, and both are scheduled to commence by mid-2014.
HHA managing director Jon Kelly said the Titan contract win would be its first in the oil and gas drilling industry since 2012.
“I am looking forward to forming a strong partnership with Titan and its subsidiaries with a view of a mutually beneficial relationship for not on the initial contracted term but for many terms post,” he said.
“The Santos award evidences HHA’s market leading service offering to the EPC’s connected with the CSG projects throughout Queensland.”
Mr Kelly added that the company had positioned itself well to deliver services in a depressed transport marketplace.
