EXOMA Energy has relinquished portions of several authorities to prospect in Queensland in order to focus on meeting the requirements of its work program.

The company submitted a revised work program over the Galilee joint venture permits after they expired on 31 August 2013.

Exoma’s revised work program over ATPs 991, 996, 999 and 1005 sees the company relinquish voluntarily areas of the permits without any exploration potential.

It wholly surrendered ATP 1008 for the same reason, it said.

The Galilee joint venture will be required to drill one well on each of the remaining Exoma permit areas within three years under the new program.
