SILVERHORSE Technologies has secured two new contracts with Upstream Production Solutions (UPS) and PTTEP Australasia (PTTEP AA) for its hazardous area inspection technology.

The Perth-based company will provide UPS with its Completions Connect technology platform to support the management and execution of hazardous area inspections for the Northern Endeavour FPSO.

Silverhorse has also implemented Completions Connect to manage hazardous area inspections for the PTTEP AA’s operated Montara FPSO.

The Completions Connect system generates campaign inspections for all hazardous equipment and provides simplified building of inspection work packs.

Inspection work packs created in Completions Connect will be synchronised with Silverhorse’s Inspection Connect mobile application to allow inspectors access to information on a mobile device.

Silverhorse CEO Raymond Weeda said the Connect technology enhances inspection workflow efficiencies while at the same time managing safety and risk by supporting the execution of regulatory requirements.

“These contract wins expand our client base in the region and demonstrate the continued uptake of our technology in the sector.”

Mr Weeda said Completions Connect was chosen for its flexibility to adapt project requirements into the system, and its ability to simplify inspection processes to improve efficiency, data capture, accessibility, transparency and reporting.
